Hi all.
This is a message from LeadCart to the community. I felt very sad when I read the last Facebook post of Mohamed Ali (founder of Digitalthink).

I feel like I've been betrayed and stabbed in the back by someone I've been calling a friend.

Last week, I had a long hour call with Mohamed. I was planning to travel to Turkey, so I even promised to meet him if I stayed in Turkey for an extra week.

Everything was fine and we had fun talking.
We talked about a lot of things in our conversations, including offering our customers a completely different V2 (version 2) from the LeadCart that was initially sold.

I refused. But he ended the call on a positive note, saying, "I might change my mind by Black Friday, but let's do it together."

I was on a trip, so I only had internet access when I returned to the hotel at night, but I still kept replying to messages from Mohamed.

And after a long day of work, when I opened Facebook, I found the "last post" of the Facebook group he runs.

Subsequently, it seems that there have been many threats on WhatsApp. "You're my next Udit, you're a scammer, you lose and I win"... Threats such as.

I had just spoken to him a few days ago, so everything was a surprise. Then I found a post with my name on it, where I found many private conversations between the two of us being shared.

Funnily enough, the Facebook post told Mohamed Ali that "LeadCart 2.0 will be released in a few weeks (at the end of January) because it is later than usual, according to estimates from Eslam (who used to work at LeadCart)."

I don't share private screenshots of conversations, but one time I said, "Henry is kidding," or when he fought Udit (founder of PitchGround), he said, "All Indians are scammers, so you can win in court," or "People who flock to LTD are a bunch of addicts who buy software they don't actually use. I have to sell as much as I can and extract money from them if I have the chance."

Mohamed is a master of manipulating people, and he has failed to launch products many times because he overpromises and hypes that "this product will be successful in the future" and attacks the seller if it doesn't go his way.

At the launch of LeadCart, he was paid more than $30,000 in return for the launch, but we didn't pay attention to what we called 2.0 or the software rebuild.

So it's strange that when we say, "I'll give you a v2 of LeadCart because it's polite," everyone will be surprised or frustrated.

We have never sold a v2 of LeadCart. We have been selling Leadcart v1 and improving it every day for the past 8 months.

And you know that everyone who used LeadCart had weekly updates.

I understand that everyone is upset, and so am I. But what I don't understand is why Mohamed Ali did such a thing in public, and without warning, all of a sudden.

Is it to put the face of a product that has failed many times? Or if you want to know the truth, you can explain it better here.

I waited to publish this article until I could gather information to save this situation.

However, as a result of Mohamed's pushy and aggressiveness, Eslam, the LeadCart developer of my company, came to submit his resignation yesterday.

Eslam said he couldn't handle that kind of pressure and couldn't live up to such unrealistic expectations.

A few hours later, I found out that Mohamed Ali had been chasing Eslam for a long time and that Mohamed had decided to throw me under the bus.

Eslam took out the code for LeadCart and left the company.

I had to close the company, and a few months later, Mohamed Ali came in with a great new solution and got through the situation.

He did exactly the same thing as PG's Udit (although I'm not on anyone's side on this story), but he tarnished Udit's reputation for 6-12 months, and then started his own software marketplace DigitalThink.

Now the same thing is happening.

When Mohamed Ali learned that Eslam was the lead developer (CTO and co-founder) of this business, he rudely avoided me and decided to contact him directly.

I don't know what he offered in return for accessing our source code, but this is why I was suddenly attacked by Mohamed Ali (I got in the way because he made a hostile takeover of Leadcart and became a hero who would bring a new version a few months later).

Well, Mohamed Ali's next move is really simple. Until we are forced to close Leadcart, we will continue to publish videos that damage my human brand and destroy Leadcart's image as a company.

"Right now, the founder of Leadcart can't do anything, so let's do it together," Mohamed said when he announced Leadcart 2.0 with Eslam, and I disappeared from the project.

Until a few minutes ago, I was going to close Leadcart because Mohamed manipulated us, betrayed us in public, Eslam resigned, and secretly worked with Mohamed. But no one should suffer from the consequences of one person's bad manipulation.

Those who have purchased LeadCart so far will get free access to 2.0. However, now I have to rehire/rebuild the team, so I have no plans for when 2.0 will be ready.

Also, since there is no one to maintain 1.0, it will be closed this month (because most people don't seem to be using it well).

Mohamed completely destroyed LeadCart with his erratic and manipulative behavior. Because of him, Eslam left with the development team within 24 hours.

And I was empty-handed.
So everything that happens, Mohamed Ali should be responsible.

Mohamed has never made any real software, and it doesn't have 5 million users.

All of this is an unfounded lie that keeps him saying it's easy to make software. Anyone who has ever made software knows that it can be difficult and time-consuming.

Also, Mohamed, don't tell me that you were earning a high commission (over $30,000 as 15% of sales) just by being a LeadCart affiliate.

And if I see my source code being used by you or Eslam, I'll sue you and chase you until tomorrow.
