Fujii: Takashi. I wrote an article because the "value provision" mentioned in the business world is too wasteful.
If you read this article, you will understand the "real" value offering. If you understand it, the hurdles for business will be greatly lowered.
If you are a bottom business account operator who is waiting for "likes" to come by dripping cold tweets on Twitter, please be sure to read it.
It's a tough way to say it from the beginning, but I don't want you to misunderstand and send painful information forever.
At least let me be clear to those who have come across my blog post.
What is value delivery?

Value provision is "providing value". It is as it is.
1 The degree to which the thing is useful. Value for money. "A book worth reading" "A win worth taking"
2 In economics, it is considered to be the essence of the exchange value of a commodity. → value theory
3. The nature of absoluteness in philosophy that should always be approved through all individuals and societies. Truth, goodness, beauty, etc.
Reference:Meaning of value – goo Japanese Dictionary
One word value can be thought of for a whole day.
This time, I will refer to the top. The value is "how useful it is".
Let's simply think of it as "providing useful things".
However, the question arises as to what is useful here. In fact, this part is related to the theme of this time.
The so-called value offering is wrong
Many people argue that "providing value is important."
This is the habit of so-called business people. It is also often seen in tweets from YouTubers and influencers.
In their reply, "Yes! Or, "As Mr. 〇〇 said, I think it's important to provide value!"
"I will also provide value" "I will also provide value"
There is a reply that agrees with the similarity.
My impression is that the word "value offer" is gradually starting to be used in different meanings.
Poor accounts that shout "It's value provision!" on Twitter seem to misunderstand that the act of creating content = providing value anyway.
Does the recipient judge it to be "value offering"?
I made an e-book. I gave it away for free. Is this a value offering?
No matter how hard you try to make it, when the recipient thinks, "This e-book is garbage," it becomes garbage instead of providing value.
Tragically, there are a lot of people who are doing the same thing with value offering.
Disseminating information about the essay business is a waste
Take YouTube videos and write blog posts. That alone does not provide value. You're just creating content.
The best example is a tweet from a person in the essay business.
When I see local tycoons such as Mr. Manabu and Mr. Ikehaya tweeting, "Tweets that can provide value are important," he tweets thin things that seem to be valuable.
However, if you tweet privately, you have no complaints. Even if you just tweet a flimsy value offer for the purpose of doing business and making money (attracting attention), you will only get a thin response.
Business is directing. Finish the best product/service with the best production. Here, with a flimsy production and a flimsy way of attracting attention, the prospect will cool down.
Provide value only to those who pay for it
I wrote a lot of insidious sentences.
As a main topic, the important conclusion in providing value is "the perspective of the other party who pays money".
You don't have to think about providing value to everyone in the world. It is enough to focus on prospects and customers and provide value.
It is NG to scatter boring content that is stained with ego and self-approval.
Provide what the other party (customer) needs and wants. This is value delivery.
A customer who has paid for you at least once, or a prospect who may buy it. Provide value to them.
What do they want and need? Know the other person more than the other person.
It is an attitude of knowing what they want and providing it.
Even if you make a mistake, it is NG to scatter thin content saying, "You want this."
Research your customers now
One way is to quickly create a survey with Google Forms and ask existing customers.
It was cut through a lot of research. Provide more and more value to it.
Write what they want to know in a blog post, write what they want to know in an ebook, etc. Try to provide it to the other party rather than yourself.
If you receive money, even more so. If you don't want to go out of business, please be thorough. Just one misunderstanding of value provision will lead to business closure.
Please "provide value effectively without waste". This idea of "without waste" isMy Proof PageBut as I said, it is an important way of thinking in business.
There may be resistance. But please give it a try.
